  • When will I receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within 36 hours [unless there are items out of stock or delay in stock arrival at our distribution facilities] and are then delivered to most capitals in 3-5 days and to most regional areas within 5-7 days.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with a copy of your order and your order number. When your order is shipped we also send you another email with all shipping details including consignment number. You may contact us on 0405 570 420 if you believe there has been some delay in receiving your order. Please be sure to include your Order Number when you contact us.

  • What are your Shipping costs

Scraptime @ Clearview Scraps deliver anywhere in Australia for free for all orders over $100 weighing less than 3kg. Orders over 3Kg will provide cost of postage upon completion. Orders under $100 are shipped for only $8.95 for item up to 500Grams using ePost from Australia Post.

Priority Express at $14.95 covers only orders fitting into standard Priority Express satchels (500g and 3kg) delivered to QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC, and $22.95 to WA, NT, SA and TAS. When we receive any order that does not fit these requirements we will contact you with a quote price for your approval prior to shipping.

  • What are you minimums?

Please note there is no order minimum however it is cost effective postage wise to order products that fit into a 3Kg bag.

  • How do you handle out of stock items?

Scraptime @ Clearview Scraps makes every effort to ensure we have ample stock of all products available at all times. However, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand and unforeseeable delivery delays from suppliers. This occasionally leads to some items being out of stock.

All orders are filled on a first come, first served basis. It is possible that you may place an item in your shopping cart as it is in stock but when it gets to our warehouse it is out of stock. While we make every effort to have sufficient quantities available of all products to prevent this from occurring, sometimes it is beyond our control.

If the of stock item is due to be replenished within three working days we will hold your order until the item is received before posting.

If the out of stock item is not expected within three working days we will ship your order and place your items on backorder this will be stated on your invoice.

  • Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping is additional and for standard postage is from $8.95 for any size order. Scraptime @ Clearview Scraps we aim to keep our prices 10 to 15% Cheaper than retail stores.

  • Do you Ship Internationally

Yes even though we are an Australian owned and run business we will quite happily send internationally. Please contact us before completing your order for shipping options and costs.

  • What Customer Support help do you offer?

Our goal is to provide fair and timely customer support. If you are unhappy with any products please contact us so we can arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution. Please be assured we will work with you to find an equitable solution in the event of a problem
